I recently had an issue that seemed daunting, but thanks to Zico, I found a solution quickly and efficiently from the moment I reached out. Zico was incredibly attentive and genuinely invested in resolving my problems. I am technologically challenged, and he was very patient with me. Zico took the time to understand my concerns and patiently walked me through each step of the process, which I will now go back and write down. His knowledge and expertise were evident, making what could have been a frustrating experience much more manageable, what I appreciated most from Zico's friendly demeanour and willingness to go the extra mile. Zoe helped me fix a problem between Shopify > AliExpress > DS'ers and the actual reseller/store. It was a mighty issue that needed a simple solution imo. However it just turned into a headache talking to all these channels that had to to their part. Eventually Zoe helped me through this entire process which pinpointed exactly where and why my order was being stuck. It saved my day and really helped me understand the process of how things work. It was a learning day and want to thank Zoe for helping me in this process while taking her time to make me understand with printscreens and extra information just to help me out. I had an issue with splitting a product into three separate listings because Shopify has a 100 SKU limit per product. I wasn’t sure how or where to make the split, but Aurora from DSers support stepped in and handled it for me quickly and efficiently. She made the process seamless and took the confusion out of it.
