Need to workout something with the customer service and I was assisted by Raphael. He was amazing! I was really stuck with an issue, but he guided me through everything step by step and made it so easy to understand. He even sent screenshots, which was super helpful because I could see exactly what to do. On top of that, he was really friendly and patient the whole time, even when I asked a few extra questions. It only took about 5 minutes to fix my problem, and I couldn’t have done it without his help. Seriously, great customer service! Thanks again, Raphael!

The support I received was excellent and fast. I don't have time to wait around while money is slipping through my fingers. Dsers was able to handle 2 inquiries very fast. Vivian from support handled it all via Messenger. We sent screenshots back and forth until the issues were resolved. She is excellent!
