Merchants highly recommend this app for optimizing shipping costs and streamlining processes with features like a smart packing algorithm and customizable shipping rules based on postal codes, product groups, and customer tags. They appreciate the ability to sync products easily, set varied rates for different suppliers, and ensure a single delivery charge for multiple items. I haven't used any other shipping apps, however this is far more robust than the native shipping options for Shopify. If you are setting up multiple shipping options for lots of products, this is a great app. And the live chat support has been a life-saver when I'm not sure how something works!
After testing a number of shipping apps, we decided to use ShipX and we are glad we did. ShipX offered all the features we were looking for as we have complex shipping rules based on postal codes in Canada. We also needed an app that has a smart packing algorithm that takes into consideration the dimension and weights of items and the app does that well. Meaning, the app allows us to optimize the space in our shipping boxes which means saving on shipping fees for us and our customers. Also, the apps allows us to use customer tags or product tags for special rules or scenarios adding to its flexibility. Finally, the ability to sync products with a push of a button instead of manually entering/uploading excel files with new products makes our job easier.
The support from the team is probably one the best out there. The team is available for live chat, emails, and zoom. We are very happy with the support we received thus far and continue to do so from Nithish as he is always helping us with our requests and inquiries guiding us to set up things correctly and finding us solutions when we cannot our selves.
I was struggling to set up my shipping rates in Canada when I came across ShipX. I contacted them and scheduled a meeting very quickly. Their team is amazing.
I worked with their excellent customer service support member, Durkesh Kumar, who helped me set up my shipping options based on distance and weight perfectly.
ShipX is very user friendly and highly recommended to use ShipX in the Shopify application.
I will try the other Shopify they offer based on this fantastic experience!
Update on July 3, 2025: I was facing a problem with setting up the shipping zones which cost me a lot of money. I contacted ShipX and their customer service support agent 'Jennifer' helped me to setup the application correctly which saved me a lot of shipping cost.
I highly recommend this application!
