Set up the Shopify Messaging app
Shopify Messaging is installed on your Shopify store by default. Before you start using Shopify Messaging, verify that your store meets all of the requirements, and review email and SMS pricing.

Install Shopify Messaging
If you don't have the Shopify Messaging app in your Shopify admin, then you can install it from the Shopify App Store.
Steps:
- Go to the Shopify Messaging app page.
- Click Add app. If you aren't logged in to your Shopify account, then you're prompted to log in.
- Click Install app.
After you install Shopify Messaging, you can access the app from Apps > Shopify Messaging in your Shopify admin. You can also access Shopify Messaging by clicking Create campaign in the Marketing section of your Shopify admin.

After you install Shopify Messaging, you need to complete the following actions before you can send marketing communications to your customers:
- To send email marketing campaigns, you need to set up your sender email by confirming or changing the email address that you send email marketing from.
- To send SMS marketing campaigns, you need to set up the countries that you want to send marketing to.
