New to dropshipping. Kinda scared sh*tless, actually, but doing it scared because something has to happen. I first heard of Autods and started seeing people talke about Zendrop. Saw nothing but great things about their support. Well, I signed up got stuck and just had my first interaction with "Zendrop Jacob." Everything I knew about their support was 100% accurate! Jacob was patient, detailed in their answers, and very professional! I say all this because I was a customer service phone rep for over 25 years, and I will go the distance for fantastic support and/or services as a consumer. Look, choose Zendrop and get a great product with great support! Besides, they have alot to offer!
Zendrop has been a total game-changer for my dropshipping business! Their platform is so easy to use, and the customer support is honestly amazing—they’re always there when I need help. Today I had an issue with my store connecting because of a mistake I made when adding payment. The support team took care of it immediately. I did not have to hold in a chat for long. They were awesome. Looking forward to working with Zendrop!
I recently started using Zendrop, and so far, I’ve been impressed with how easily customer service addresses any issues. It gives me a great sense of security knowing support is just a click away. So today I got a problem with my shopify as payment was done in any other account not my account which was activated with the shopify store, Mariane, helps me a lot into it, she resolve my issue, and I am really happy with it, she listen to me very clamly, and answer to my every Question and give me every possible solutions, so once again thanks a lot...
