This works fantastic for a seamless unique wholesale experience. We needed something that will be scalable and this is it. Also, the level of customer service is also top shelf! The app works fine and if it doesn't match exactly your need, you can always ask the IT team some help. Even with the time shift, they try to be available and are very responsive on every requests we have (always in 12h max). The app performs well with the Lock Manager solution.
Incredible support!!!! We are in a different time zone but every time I leave the team a list of instructions and questions everything is sorted as soon as they are back online.
The app itself is doing everything we need, allows our wholesalers to login and make orders themselves at wholesale price, which saves our team lots of time in emails and back and forth with manual order forms. 10/10 :)
