it won't let me customize my theme, when I click customize then allow cookies it loads and brings me to a blank page or it brings me to the password page, please help me thank you
Hey there, this is something that happens when using Safari and you will need to disable some settings in the browser for the editor to function better. First go to Safari > Settings > Privacy, then disable "Prevent cross-site tracking". Then go back to Settings > Advanced, then disable "Block all cookies". After doing these steps the issue should no longer occur.

First of all, I cant link nothing to an image on my land page. Of course the client want to click over the image to go to the product and this is impossible. If so, then help me please. Second of all, the web doesnt show the discounts properly cause I already apply some discounts in past and it was ok but now I modify the "compare prices" area and shows nothing now. This is kinda sh*t.
Hi, linking an image can be an accessibility issue as customers accidentally click on it when they meant to scroll. Please contact our Support (https://bit.ly/2AWw5VA) to see if you are eligible for Design Time (https://bit.ly/3F5vga5) as this may be something we can customize - as well as your Compare at Prices if you have different numbers for each variant, which is why it wouldn't display.

Why does positioning log to Top Center moves the search icon to the left of the search bar? It is so annoying and I cannot find a fix for it
Hello, this occurs to balance the header so that there isn't a large amount of white space on one side. Our developers built 2.0 with the user-experience first in mind and having all icons on one side can feel uneven. This theme doesn't even display discounts! What kind of store doesn't do this?? I wish I had known from the beginning and not have wasted my time on developing this. AVOID!!
Hi, Dawn does display discounts on product pages and product cards. You must have a Compare at Price added to your product for the discount to display, click the link to learn more (http://bit.ly/3tyswNo). For automatic discounts, they are meant to be applied at the cart and checkout - you can add messaging that a discount will be applied by using the Announcement bar or a Rich Text section.

Dawn 15.3.0 adds pagination to the quick order list, updates settings labels, and introduces a few bug fixes.
Changed
- Quick order list paginates product variants, improving buyer experience for products containing many variants.
- Theme setting labels were updated across all surfaces to make them less crowded and easier to scan.
Fixes and improvements
- Fix issue where quick order list displayed the remove all button on small windows, even if no variants were in the cart.
