Bank account requirements for Shopify Payments
Only certain types of bank accounts are eligible to receive payouts from Shopify Payments.
To be eligible, a bank account must be a checking account or current account that can receive transfers and is eligible to receive payouts in a currency that Shopify supports for your country. If you have more than one store, then you can use the same bank account for Shopify Payments payouts.
Checking accounts that are set up to accept only wire transfers don't work with Shopify Payments. Savings accounts, flex-currency accounts, and money-transferring services that mimic bank accounts aren't supported by Shopify Payments. Although non-Shopify virtual accounts are supported, you might experience more payout failures with these accounts.
To confirm that your account can accept the transfer type listed for your region, contact your bank.
If your bank or bank account details change, then you can update the information in your Shopify Payments settings. Learn more about editing bank account information.

Using a bank account with multiple signors
Banks enhance security with multiple signors to protect changes to the account rather than affecting regular transactions. If your account is set up to receive Automated Clearing House (ACH) transfers, then Shopify can transfer funds to it. Learn more about bank account requirements.
Bank account debit authorizations
Your bank might require authorization details before allowing Shopify Payments to debit your account for fees, refunds, or chargebacks. Shopify uses various third-party payment processors to handle bank transfers, so the authorization details that your bank needs depend on your region.
If your bank requests debit authorization information, then provide the details for your region from the following table.
