We installed this reorder-reminder app hoping to streamline our repeat-purchase emails, but testing was inconsistent, the APP delivered 2 reorder notifications for the first 2 test orders placed, but failed to deliver reorder reminders for the 3rd test order placed. The onboarding process was entirely self-serve—you’re left to configure and even write custom code on your own. Although support replied promptly via email, they provided no hands-on assistance, leaving all troubleshooting entirely up to the user.
After giving it 100% effort and carefully following every step, the core feature simply didn’t work. We’ve cancelled our subscription and confirmed we won’t be billed beyond the trial.
Here are the features we discussed which were confirmed by customer support of this APP:
1. The “Reorder” link redirects customers to the home page rather than the specific product page (customer support suggested we modify the code ourselves to point it to the product page).
2. A single reorder reminder is sent at your specified interval after the original order is placed. That interval is the same for all items and no subsequent reminders will be sent ever.
3. Reminders are only triggered by new orders; you cannot schedule reminders for orders placed prior to installing and configuring the app.
