I have had a few questions on how to use the app or where to find specific information on what would help my application best and I have always had a quick response and answers to my questions. I recently had an online meeting with Jeanette, and she was very nice, pleasant, helpful and explained everything to me including the fact that all of the information that we just discussed would be emailed to me. That was great so that I can review the information anytime later and didn't have to remember it. I love Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery and have been using for 7+ years. Zapiet has been a wonderful app to solve our unique shipping, local delivery, and in-store pickup options. The back end is very intuitive with lots of customization.

Pickup and delivery works very well in both online store and Shopify POS.
The Zapiet schedule tile in POS works great. It's a bit unclear where Shopify POS leaves off and Zapiet Pickup + Delivery takes over.
Customer support was able to research both and help me navigate the process for both.
