The app works, but it's not consistent. We have multi-location inventory and it often messes that up. Sometimes with updates, it has a glitch and changes the number to something completely different than what we edited. I have a video of trying to enter "10" and it saves it as "44". Any merchant can see how that would be concerning. Unfortunately it happens more often than not.
Just wanted to clarify here, we have been in contact with this store and that this issue is currently under review as the store needs to provide us with a pattern where this issue is reproducible.
we have already shown separately on multiple instances under different scenarios suggested by merchant that app is syncing correctly live on the call.
This app does not work. The development team helped us set it up, yet it still randomly adjusts our inventory levels. As a result, we have spent hours trying to recover incorrect inventory numbers.
The development team has been completely unhelpful. They repeatedly ask us to check SKUs and provide screenshots from their side showing “correct” synchronization, while ignoring the obvious discrepancies on our end. They appear unwilling to acknowledge that the sync is malfunctioning.
To make matters worse, they even attempted to intimidate us by suggesting they would report us to Shopify. Instead of sending meaningless emails, maybe you guys should focus on developing a app that actually works.
This review is under investigation by Shopify's app store team for being motivated to malign app's reputation. We have submitted our proof to shopify showcasing that he was abusive to our support staff, he also threatened to us that he will make our app will be delisted from app store and then posted another fake review from CosyCamp.
