Before Elevar, we were driving in the dark. No GA4. No reliable tracking. Even Shopify’s own dashboards felt like they were guessing.
Now? The lights are on.
From the moment we started onboarding with Elevar, it was clear this wasn’t the usual “here’s your login, good luck” process. Their decks, their documents, and....most impressive, the UX of their digital onboarding platform are a masterclass in clarity. It’s clean. Intuitive. It feels like they’ve been in the room with first-timers and actually noticed where we get stuck.
Doris and Nina, in particular, deserve a standing ovation. They’ve been endlessly patient, answering every question without a hint of condescension. Instead, they’ve guided us toward best practices, suggested solutions, and, importantly....gone well beyond their scope to ensure we succeed.
It’s early days, so I can’t tell you what the long-term impact will be yet. But the short-term? The work is clean, thoughtful, and a thousand times better than where we were.

I had an issue with tracking for around 14 months. Several community chats, escalations to shopify and contacting 'shopify experts' later I could still not solve what the problem was. I downloaded Elevar and spoke with a client support manager Robin who identified the issue in a day. Every since he's been in constant contact to help iron out all the issues and we're now tracking all our data correctly. Thank you Robin and Elevar!
