I’ve been using Elevar for some time now and can confidently say that the system works very well — it’s reliable, efficient, and does exactly what it's supposed to do. However, what truly sets Elevar apart is the exceptional quality of their customer support.

I had an issue with tracking for around 14 months. Several community chats, escalations to shopify and contacting 'shopify experts' later I could still not solve what the problem was. I downloaded Elevar and spoke with a client support manager Robin who identified the issue in a day.
