We’ve had a great experience with Okendo. The platform is intuitive, easy to manage, and gives us the flexibility we need as our business continues to grow. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful whenever questions come up. It’s been a reliable and valuable part of our customer experience and marketing stack, and I’d absolutely recommend Okendo to other new and growing brands.
Potential customers need to be aware that when using this app:
1. Metafields are added to the site that can not be removed.
2. These metafields prevent you from being able to use Shopify's Duplicate Product feature. Which means when adding new products every single one will need to be created from scratch.
3. It takes WEEKS to get the metafield removed from your site once you realize you mistake in adding this app
Okendo has been great for us so far. We've had a few implementation snags, due to our unique store structure, but the support team at Okendo continues to help us refine our approach. Really solid. Planning to further expand our use of features soon.
