Merchants highly recommend this app for boosting sales through effective bundle deals, particularly during peak shopping periods. It's easy to set up and manage, with features like automatic discount application and clean bundle presentation. The support team is responsive, offering custom coding and quick problem resolution. Installation is straightforward, and the app enhances the customer shopping experience by making bundled offers clear and attractive.
A deeply flawed app. I have used it for over one year and the only thing it does consistently is cause me problems.
Bundle discounts sometimes appear on the cart page, and sometimes do not. With one of my current bundles, the discount is applied to two of the items, but not the third.
Other times, not all of the products in the bundle are actually placed in the cart. Even after contacting Bold support they were unable to find a solution.
This is absolutely not worth the headache, especially for $29.99 monthly. I am uninstalling now and not using any other Bold products.
The team was accommodating; they worked with us to set everything up and see if the app worked for us.
Highly recommend.
