We have been using vitals to gather reviews from our customers since quite a few years now. So far so good. It has a very comprehensive interface and when needed, customer support is knowledgeable and helpful.

This is a great app with a ton of upselling and bundling features to offer the greatest value to your customers. There are a ton of things to explore and set up for your store that can lead to more products added to customer carts and overall, we've been very happy using it.
