Resetting passwords

You can reset your login password if you forget it, or if you want to keep your account more secure by resetting it. If you have two-step authentication activated, then you'll need to verify your account. You can also update your password at any time from your Shopify account.

Your password must be at least 8 characters, and it can't begin or end with a space.

Resetting your password removes any third-party login services, such as Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple. After you reset your password, you can add your third-party login service again.

If you forgot your Shopify POS PIN, then you can change your PIN.
