MIDA: Heatmap, Replay Checkout

We've been using this app to track user behavior and session recordings, and it's been a game changer. The ability to watch real user sessions gave us deep insights into how customers navigate our site, where they hesitate, and exactly where they drop off during checkout.

Thanks to these insights, we discovered multiple patterns and key pain points that we would have otherwise missed. For example, we identified confusing steps in our checkout process and fixed bottlenecks that were causing cart abandonment.

Amazing app! We offer products that require customers to enter their Instagram username in the product fields. Previously, if a customer added an item to their cart but abandoned it before reaching checkout, Shopify wouldn’t save any of their input—so we had no way to follow up. Thanks to this app, we can now record user sessions and see exactly who entered their Instagram handle and added items to the cart, even if they didn’t start the checkout. This allows us to reach out, offer support, and answer any questions they might have had.

It’s made a noticeable difference in our conversion rates. Highly recommended!

I was disappoint about the app at first, because the recording feature doesn't work properly. But after I contact the support team, they fix my issue promptly and nice to talk. Professional and friendly.

I've been using this tool for most of my shops and recommend it to others. It's incredibly informative and useful, especially the session replays, which give great insight into user behavior. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I occasionally encounter bugs in the replay feature. That said, overall it's a very solid and valuable tool.
