Judge.me Product Reviews App

The app itself is great, easy to set up and use, lots of widget options, customization, etc., but I really wanted to praise their customer service.

I just switched to a new theme and had an issue causing the review carousel to not display properly on mobile. I can't code, so I asked all the AI tools I could think of for a solution, they each gave me different bits of code, but in the end nothing worked.

I opened a chat with their customer service, and within 10 seconds I was talking with Brian, who spent probably 20+ minutes working on the issue and adjusting things based on my requests.

He eventually sorted everything out and made the widget look exactly like it used to look on my previous theme, all while being super friendly, which made it even better.

Worth 10x the small monthly fee I pay for the extra features, thank you Brian!

And again, the app is great, get it.

The app works well and I'm happy with it. I had an issue with it that I wanted to resolve and the support team were amazing. The best review app on the market. The team is very helpful and always available whenever I needed them and fixed any kind of problem immediately. For reviews collection, this app offer multiple options for that. Easy to navigate through customers rarely have any problem using it. Also offers integrations with most apps. Highly recommend.

I'm getting a good number of reviews, and the basic SEO features are a nice bonus. It allowed me to test the waters and see if reviews were going to work for my store without a financial commitment.

The Paid Plan is a Good Value (If You Need It): Eventually, I upgraded to the paid plan. While the free version is great, I wanted more control over customization and the ability to showcase photos in reviews. The pricing feels fair for the extra features you get. You really need to decide if the advanced features are worth the cost, but for me, it made sense.
The Real Star: The Customer Support: I had a question about Rich Snippets the other day, and the support I received was excellent. Lorenzo was incredibly helpful, understood my problem quickly, and guided me through the solution. It's rare to get that kind of responsive and helpful support, and it made a big difference. It’s one of the reasons I am writing this review.

Things to Consider:

While the free version is great, the design customization options are limited. You'll need the paid plan to really make the reviews match your store's branding.

The sheer number of features in the paid plan can be a little overwhelming at first. It might take some time to explore and understand all the options.

Judge.me has been a positive addition to my Shopify store. It's helped me build trust with potential customers and increase conversions. While the paid plan has its benefits, the free version is a great starting point. But honestly, what really sets it apart is the responsive and helpful customer support. If you're looking for a solid review app with great support, Judge.me is definitely worth considering. It’s a good all around solid app.

I am very impressed with the 'judge.me' app on Shopify. I am able to customize the review email that is sent to customers and see the ratings on my Product pages. I added a discount for customers to use on their next order to the review request email that is automatically sent. I also wanted to send an email to customers that received emails previously but did not provide a review. I was able to use the 'chat' help provided and the person 'Brian' was an amazing help. It was not just a robot, but an actual person. He provided urls to articles, provided advice on what I could do to make improvements. His help alone makes me appreciate the app even more!!
