Zero fulfillment, deceptive billing — cost me $861 in chargebacks
Installed since October 2023. In all that time: zero products imported through the app, zero orders fulfilled. When orders #1004 ($784.70) and #1005 ($46.90) came in, Zopi declined fulfillment twice each: "Request rejected. Please complete your payment in the Zopi Order Center and try again." On #1004 they briefly accepted the request, then cancelled it themselves. Neither customer was ever served — I lost a $799.56 chargeback and a $61.90 chargeback. Two more orders (#1006, #1007) had fulfillment requested through Zopi and never completed; both are now being refunded.
Billing: I approved $19.90/month ($238.80/year). The app's billing page showed a trial converting to $349.30/year — $110.50/year (about 46%) more than the advertised price. I was already charged $349.30 in December 2025. I consider this false advertising and fraudulent overcharging. App cancelled, formal complaint filed with Shopify.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, and we’ve carefully reviewed the order and billing details mentioned in your review. We’d like to clarify what happened.
Regarding fulfillment: The affected fulfillment requests were initiated directly from Shopify. However, because Order Automation had not been configured and the required payment had not been completed in Zopi, the orders could not proceed to the supplier.
When the requests were rejected, Zopi displayed the message: “Request rejected. Please complete your payment in the Zopi Order Center and try again.” This was to prevent the orders from being marked as fulfilled in Shopify before they had actually been placed and paid for.
Our records do not show that the required payment step was subsequently completed. Zopi also does not charge you for the supplier order or fulfillment when payment has not been completed. Therefore, there was no successfully paid fulfillment request for Zopi to process and send to the supplier.
Regarding billing: The $19.90/month price refers to our Launch plan. Our records show that your store was subscribed to the Zopi Dropshipping – Advanced Yearly plan, priced at $349.30/year. The $349.30 charge therefore corresponds to the Advanced Yearly subscription associated with your store, rather than an overcharge of the $19.90 Launch plan.

Over all the app is useful; However lately I noticed updates to order info and tracking is very slow. I seem to do better when I order directly instead of going through Zopi. I recommend checking your needs before using this app. If you are selling on TikTok for example. You should order directly to get quicker shipping information.

We're sorry to hear that you've experienced delays with order updates and tracking information recently. In some cases, tracking updates depend on when the supplier ships the order and when the shipping carrier synchronizes the latest tracking events, which may cause a delay compared to ordering directly from the marketplace.
That said, this isn't the experience we want for our users. If you have any specific orders where the tracking or order status seems unusually delayed, please contact our support team with the order details.
